especially, the strict quality control system. we control quality from the design to finish products, which is around the whole process. We always adhere to “quality is the dignity, quality is an honorary member, is to develop quality”

1. offer drawing to confirm the size which is feasible for you

2. During surface treatment, QC assistant will check the surface and color to meet quality standard.

3. during production, especially CNC adjustment process, the QC assistant is serious to test to ensure the profiles to meet the size standard within tolerance.

4. Before the products are packed, the QC assistant will check all the products again to knock out the inferior products.
